Worst month ever came to a close in expected fashion. I didn’t keep my promise of only trading PM and did some AM Went into a hole overnight only to luckily bail myself out. Up good. Then took a disastrous loss right at 4pm. AM: 0 PM: -3000

This feels terrible. Will only trade the afternoon tomorrow then reassess over the weekend. AM: -3.1R PM: +400

Another day, another daily stop loss hit. Tilt meter is currently at 10. Last 2 trades were right, got stopped at absolutely top and bottom then proceeded directly to my targets within 5 minutes. AM: -4.5R pm: -620

Took a bunch of trades in the Globex session and ruined my following day because of it. Too many trades to go through. Consistently wrong in ES and CL so I need to stop trading those.
