-1R in GC. Inverse. Not a very strong inverse when metals have been very strong.

+.9R in ES. Undefined. Clear PA wasn’t getting above my entry price.

+.4R in SI. Inverse. Biggest mistake of day. Had 3R plan and messed it up completely. Need to stop being greedy and take profit. Stop was at 1R but crazy market buy gave me 6 ticks of slippage.

-1R in ES. Undefined. Market was tanking very quickly and I liked my idea of averaging in. Cut right through my price and hit my stop. Happy with risk management.

+1.3R in ES. Stop reversal. ES dropped 40pts in less than an hour. Because of previous ES loser, wasn’t sized in properly.

+2.1R in GC. Undefined. Topping out in both metals + ES was bouncing. Should be 3R but I got greedy again.

Lots of trades but today was very volatile and presented real opportunities compared to other days where I’ve over traded. This is one of those days where I’m a bit upset while I had an above average day P/L wise as I feel I didn’t execute up to my potential.
